BURNOUT
is a long-therm developing disorder, which requires long-term treatment.  

THREE STAGES PREVENTION TRAINING  
(24 of 90 minute sessions, approx. 6 months) 

1st stage of prevention – education for wide range of employees, basic information about life-domain balance. 
2nd stage of prevention – for those who are already at risk of burnout, noticing the first symptoms, but still can perform at work and enjoy out-of-work life. 
3rd stage of prevention – for those who became severly influenced by chronic work-related stress, being overworked, detached from others, lowering profesional performance and finally becoming temporarily unable to provide work.

20. Becoming emotionaly and somaticaly coherent 
21. Recreating a vision of comming back to work 
22. Bringing back ability to cooperate
23. Living balanced life
24. Full recovery experience

GOAL OF THE TREAINING
Program is always individually tailored.
It helps to restore somatic and mental energy and come back to life-domain balance. 
Program inroduces client to cooperate with the other proffesionals, if needed.
